Credit where due: Axcient offers month-to-month terms like we do, and its BCDR feature set is deep. The honest differences are transparency, storage math, branding depth, and focus.

Published flat pricing

$7 per workstation, $17 per server per month, on the site. Axcient publishes no rate card; pricing comes through sales or a distributor. You shouldn't need a quote cycle to budget backup.

One pool, no overage meter

Axcient's fair-use pool is built from per-device contributions (3 TB per server, 300 GB per workstation) with 5 cents per GB beyond it, per its own published policy. Our pool is capacity you size for your business, no per-device formula and no overage meter running.

White-label past the logo

Axcient's x360Recover branding is logo-level: your logo and colors on the portal and client reports, with the product staying Axcient-branded. With us, the console, agent, and reports all carry your name.

Backup is the whole company

Axcient now lives inside ConnectWise's platform, alongside RMM, PSA, and security. Nothing wrong with platforms; we've just chosen to answer to backup alone. One product, one roadmap, no bundle agenda.

Month to month, same as them

Axcient doesn't require long-term contracts, and neither do we. Credit where due. The difference is everything around the contract: the price you can see before the call, and the brand your client sees after.
