Due to some unexpected news, Magnus Box will be undergoing some dramatic changes, and we would like to have a clear and honest discussion about what the future looks like for our community.

We have always been committed to delivering not only the best possible service we can provide, but also providing a transparent and honest relationship with our community. We would like to take this time to explain the sudden, unexpected situation that has caused us to rethink our platform and how to move forward with Magnus Box as a company.
Very recently, we were notified that our expenses will be increasing dramatically within the coming months. We quickly realized that this is not a sustainable pattern for us, and we had to put our heads together to come up with a solution. The last thing we wanted to do was to sour the relationship we have with you – our community and the backbone of Magnus Box.
We will be announcing a switch from one unlimited plan to two distinct plans going forward: an ‘Essential’ Magnus Box plan and an ‘Unlimited’ Magnus Box plan, which will help us continue to offer the level of service our partners deserve while also reducing our expenses enough to allow this business to stay afloat. Our other priority was to make changes that would benefit our partners, and purging unused data will make our service faster and more efficient for everyone. This was a difficult decision for us to make, as we have been determined to always stay honest to our original goal of remaining a truly unlimited service. However, due to these sudden changes, we will no longer be able to fully pursue that goal sustainably.
From the beginning, we have always taken pride in our support team and our unlimited service. And while the unlimited plan is no longer viable without change, our quality of support is something we will always hold tight to. It is our goal now to make this transition as smooth as possible for each individual member of the Magnus Box partner community. We want to hear your opinions, your concerns, and your ideas, and to answer any questions you may have. These changes have been carefully planned, but will not be immediate.
We would like to thank you for your time, your patience, and your dedication. We truly would not be here without our amazing community. And while it was extremely difficult to make these decisions, we have confidence that by working together, we can make it through these drastic changes and continue to serve our partners with the same service, support, and understanding as always.
